This class is available to people from 16 years of age and older and is perfect for the person who wants to learn how to really hit, punch and kick but may not be interested in sparring or competition. You will be taught all kinds of real fighting techniques and strikes based on kickboxing principles and karate techniques utilized around the world to prepare fighters for combat sport and defence. Expect a variety of drills including shadow boxing, hitting heavy bags, kick shields, and focus mitts plus athletic drills to improve strength, agility and stamina for kickboxing. As we are punch AND KICKING Practices are done barefoot.
All participants will need to purchase hand wraps, boxing gloves from the dojo upon enrolment.
